Smurfs
Elite
Project

The idea of the Elite Project was born during our tour to the Qatar Asian Academy Championship, when our co-founder Azhar Hamza Wasti realized a powerful truth: success at the highest level is not built in weeks or months—it is built through consistent, long-term development. Competing against teams of the same age but a higher standard pushed us to rethink everything and ask where we could do better. That moment led to the creation of a unique football program designed not only for players, but for parents as well—because real growth happens when families and coaches move in the same direction. With a limited intake of just 24 players per group each year, the Elite Project focuses on discipline, commitment, and a professional pathway for every child. Since its launch in March 2024, the project has rapidly grown into one of Pakistan's most impactful youth development structures—built on passion, purpose, and the belief that excellence is a daily habit.

Elite
Pathway

The Smurfs Elite Pathway is a long-term journey designed to guide young players from their very first steps in football to the highest level of competitive excellence. It is not just a program—it is a structured roadmap that nurtures talent through every stage of growth, focusing on technical ability, game intelligence, physical development, character building, and professional mindset. Each stage of the pathway prepares players for the next, ensuring they evolve step-by-step with clear goals, high standards, and continuous evaluation.

From learning the fundamentals to competing at national and international platforms, the pathway creates a complete ecosystem where discipline, education, and football go hand in hand. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to develop confident individuals, professional athletes, and future leaders of the game. The Smurfs Elite Pathway represents consistency, commitment, and the belief that with the right environment, Pakistani talent can compete with the best in the world.

Our
Journey
So Far

From the very first day, Smurfs Elites set out to compete beyond limits — and our players have proven that age is never a barrier when preparation meets passion.

2010–2011 Elites

Our 2010–2011 Elites stepped up to play against older age groups in national leagues, finishing 5th out of 14 teams in YPL Season 1 (2007 category) and 7th out of 15 teams in the Junior Premier League (2004 category). On the international stage at the Asian Academy Championship, Doha, they brought pride home as Bronze Medalists (2011 category) and Silver Medalists (2010 category). Back home, they dominated Liga Smurfia Season VI, becoming U-15 & U-14 Champions.

2012–2013 Elites

Our 2012–2013 Elites represented Pakistan at the Samui Youth Cup, Thailand, finishing 5th among the top 14 teams in the world. They continued their dominance locally by becoming U-13 & U-12 Champions of Liga Smurfia, competing against 50 academies across Pakistan.

2014–2016 Elites

Our youngest stars, the 2014–2016 Elites, made an incredible debut at Liga Smurfia — winning U-11 Champions and earning U-9 Bronze Medalists in their very first major competition.

In just a short time, our players have proven one thing:
When preparation, belief, and hard work come together — greatness follows.

This is only the beginning.

Elites Women

Launched in April 2025, the Elites Women Project was built on one powerful belief — talent deserves opportunity.

In a community where structured pathways for girls have often been limited, we chose to raise the standard. Our goal is to provide the same professional environment, competitive exposure, and high-performance training as any top-level program.

Today, 15 determined athletes in our Elite and U-15 (2011–2015) category train in a demanding, competitive atmosphere — pushing limits, building confidence, and preparing to compete at the highest national and international levels.

Everyday
Hustle

Smurfs Elites stands as one of the only youth projects in Pakistan training on internationally inspired UEFA and FIFA youth development schedules.

The Elite Standard

Smurfs Elites stands as one of the only youth projects in Pakistan training on internationally inspired UEFA and FIFA youth development schedules, completing an intense 12–15 hours of structured training every week. Powered by UEFA-licensed coaches and advanced Statsports performance tracking, our players train in an environment built to mirror professional football. Our program is truly player-centric — from team sessions to position-specific and one-to-one development, every detail is designed to help each child reach their maximum potential. By training across multiple formats and surfaces while keeping a strong focus on the 11-a-side game, we prepare our players to understand football in every dimension. This is not just training — this is a daily commitment to excellence, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves.
